My Acrylic Nail Ripped My Real Nail Off

Hi I am in agony here and am not sure what to do.

Last year I had acrylic nails on and one got caught on something heavy and ripped my entire nail out. The bottom pic shows the nail that got pulled out compared to my other fingers - you can see how the nail was ripped out even from under my skin.
